Every Heartworks London flower bouquet is made especially for your order. We do not keep ready-made bouquets on hand; please allow time for us to create your arrangement.
London delivery — £30
We currently deliver flower bouquets within London only. The delivery charge is £30 per order. Please confirm your delivery address is within our London delivery area before ordering. Delivery dates are subject to availability and confirmation.
Free collection — Greenwich, London
If you prefer, you can arrange free collection after placing your order. Contact Heartworks London after purchase with your order details to arrange a time in Greenwich, London. We will confirm the exact meeting details privately. No public collection or fulfilment address is listed.
Next-day orders — 8:30 pm cut-off
Next-day delivery or collection can only be requested for orders placed before 8:30 pm (London time) on the previous evening, at the latest. Orders placed at or after 8:30 pm are not eligible for next-day service. All requested dates are subject to confirmation and flower availability.
Lettering and personal messages
Special lettering, personalised messages and other custom touches can be arranged for an additional fee. Please make your request after purchase by contacting us with your order number. We will confirm the options, price and timing before providing the extra service.
Availability
All bouquets are made to order. Peonies and certain other varieties can be seasonal, and availability may vary. We will confirm any necessary substitutions before preparing an order.
Refunds and cancellations
As fresh bouquets are perishable and prepared to order, orders are generally non-refundable after purchase for a change of mind. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Read our Returns & Refunds information.
